Pitterburger... a D!
OK, it was no great burger, and sure it could have used some salt, and it was a bit too big... but "old meat" and a D! I'm going to have to strongly disagree.
I liked this place. Great service, and nice pub feel. The burgers were visually impressive, and cooked as specified. I thought the meat was fresh, ok loose ground and had good texture... not as much exterior char as I would have liked, but nice. Just needed some seasoning. The melted chedder was great. The bun is a toasted sesame guy which is nice, but I felt it was a bit dry (crumbly) and didn't hold it's own next to the manly 10oz. patty. The fries were'nt my favorite skinny style, but as a Pub style fry, not bad... these guys are not completely skinned and work best with malt vinegar and sea salt... kinda board walk style.
Overall, Molly's is a great Pub and has a ok burger... just not a go out of your way burger.

It was great to see so many fans show up on one of the most humid gross nights this summer.
Molly's had great airconditioning and a great dark Irish pub atmosphere with sawdust on the floor and low ceilings. Very quaint and old man bar feeling.
My first bite of my Molly's swiss cheeseburger was delicious. Messy, Juicy, melty cheese, delicious tomato.....
But after several winning bites, I realized that the burger patty itself had almost no flavor. I put the hamburger down and ate just the meat on it's own. It needed salt pepper and ketchup to taste good.
so, I gave it a B because it was good all around just not great. I don't think I'll go back just for the burger. But when in the hood... perfect place to escape the street for good pub food and a cold beer.

Loved the bar - burger was asi asi.
Too much meat and actually tasted a bit "day oldish." Would go back for a pint and run down to blue 9 for burger.
